Description
Port scoring/humanStateScorer.js (882 lines), the core domain: alertness, focus, fatigue, stress, engagement and mood; the weighted overall score (0.30 / 0.25 / 0.20 / 0.10 / 0.10 / 0.05); the five-level machine with confirmation delays; and rest recovery.
Formulas and constants are in focus24/docs/paper/focus24-kernel.pdf ยง3.
Keep JavaScript behaviour first, including the known calibration items, and fix each one afterwards as its own change.
