Focus24 Kernel

Rust port of the Focus24 kernel: signal processing and cognitive-state estimation from camera landmarks.

One no_std core compiles for the browser (WebAssembly), desktop, mobile, embedded Linux and microcontrollers. Repository: ~/RubymineProjects/focus24-kernel. Behaviour reference: react-edition/src/lib/algorithms in the focus24 repo; formulas documented in focus24/docs/paper/focus24-kernel.pdf.

Method: TDD, one behaviour per commit, every gate in tools/check.sh with warnings as errors.
