Description
A Node script runs the current JavaScript modules under a virtual clock and writes input → output traces as JSONL, as docs/paper/kernel-sim.mjs already does for the paper.
Rust tests replay the same inputs through Kernel::step and compare within a stated tolerance: 1e-6 at f64, looser at f32.
This is the oracle every remaining port depends on, so it comes before the scorer.
