Description
Planned in the architecture but not yet built:
- Criterion benchmarks for one tick per target, at 20 Hz input. Budget: under 1 ms on desktop, under 5 ms on Cortex-M7.
- A test that fails when
Kernel::stepallocates at all, so the hot path stays allocation-free. - Per-module buffer budget checked against the ~27 KB figure in
docs/architecture.md.
Both gates join tools/check.sh.
